EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMEFilmblazers creates an ongoing educational programme that inspires students on Langeland and across Denmark.
Through storytelling and film production, students learn creativity, collaboration, and digital media skills. AWARD-WINNING FILMMAKERSThe programme is supported by award-winning filmmakers Kim Magnusson and Camilla Hammerich, together with innovation expert Lars Gjøls-Andersen.
Workshops will also include global leadership insights from tech visionaries at Google, Cisco, and Microsoft. |
STORYTELLINGStudents will explore and share authentic Langeland stories - documentaries and short films rooted in their community.
Guided by international filmmakers and mentors, they’ll gain insight into global perspectives and storytelling techniques. sTORYTELLING SKILLSBy combining film, creativity, and technology, the programme helps students develop confidence, digital literacy, and storytelling skills.

Education Workshops, with Filmmaking, media and AI support for Elementary and Efterskole students in Langeland and shared digitally across Denmark.
Developed to offer a broad cultural and technical education series and to curate and support the development of 8 to 16 short (under 22 minutes) Langeland Student Island films, by first time Langeland Island filmmakers. All films screened in mid May each year at Langeland Island International Film Festival. |
